What type of hair do you sell?
We sell 100% raw, unprocessed human hair sourced from Cambodia and Vietnam. Our hair is never chemically treated, which means it can be coloured, bleached, and styled just like your natural hair.

What is Raw Hair?
Raw Hair is 100% unprocessed human hair collected from a single donor. It has not been chemically treated or artificially textured, preserving its natural strength and beauty.

What is Virgin Hair?
Virgin Hair is human hair that may be lightly processed to create specific textures while maintaining a soft and luxurious appearance.

What is the difference between raw and virgin hair?
Raw hair is 100% unprocessed human hair collected from a single donor. It has never been chemically treated or steam processed, making it the highest quality available.

Virgin hair is also high-quality human hair, but it has been lightly processed to create or maintain a specific texture while preserving its natural look and softness.

At Namera Hair, all collections are Raw Hair except our Burmese Curly collection, which is premium Virgin Hair.

Both collections are 100% raw, unprocessed human hair of the highest quality but they each have their own unique characteristics.

Raw Cambodian Hair is known for its natural thickness, density, and durability. The strands tend to have a slightly coarser texture, giving the hair incredible volume and a bold, full-bodied look. It holds styles beautifully and is ideal for those who love a more voluminous, natural finish.

In short: if you love volume and thickness, go for Cambodian. If you prefer a silky, smooth finish, Vietnamese is your match.

Hair Quality & Longevity

How long does the hair last?
With proper care, our Virgin Hair can last 1–2 years, while our Raw Cambodian and Raw Vietnamese Hair can last 3–5 years or longer.

Will the hair shed or tangle?
Minimal shedding is normal. With proper care, our hair remains soft, manageable, and long-lasting.

Can I colour or bleach the hair?
Yes. Because our hair is 100% raw and unprocessed, it can be coloured, bleached, and heat-styled. We always recommend consulting a professional stylist for chemical treatments.

How do I care for my extensions?
Treat your hair like your own. Use sulphate-free products, moisturize regularly, and gently detangle from the ends upward. Store your hair properly when not in use to preserve its softness and longevity.

How often should I wash my extensions?
We recommend washing your hair every 2–3 weeks or whenever product build-up occurs. Always follow with a moisturizing conditioner.

Can I use heat on the hair?
Yes, our raw hair can be heat-styled. Always use a heat protectant spray before using any hot tools.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on hair that has been opened, worn, or altered. Please review your order carefully before purchasing. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
