These Terms of Service govern your use of the Namerahair website and the purchase of products through our online store.

1. General By placing an order with Namerahair, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms. Namerahair is a business based in Belgium. For any questions, contact us at namerahair@outlook.be.

2. Products All hair extensions, wigs, and accessories sold by Namerahair are premium quality and sourced from Cambodia and Vietnam. Product images are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in color or texture may occur due to screen settings.

3. Orders & Pricing All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes. Namerahair reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time. Most products are available on a pre-order basis with a processing time of 3–7 business days.

4. Shipping Orders are shipped to Belgium, the Netherlands, and across Europe. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.

5. Returns Due to the hygienic nature of our products, returns are not accepted once packaging has been opened. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this website including images, text, and branding — is the property of Namerahair and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
